The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of fire protection installation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a temp-to-perm role with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations, including coordinating fire and electrical teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work
Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation is completed accurately
Report progress to senior management and address issues proactively
Support team members and foster a positive, productive site culture

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in construction, electrical, or fire protection industries
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license (and willingness to travel between sites if required)
Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable
